  • 1/2 head of cabbage sliced
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1  medium red bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cups of broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • kosher salt
  • ground black pepper
  • All purpose seasoning
  • garlic powder
  • thyme
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar


1.In a large heated skillet, add butter, oil, and garlic -allow it to cook for 1-2 minutes or until the butter melts

2. Add the carrots and broccoli then sauté it on medium high heat for 3-5 minutes or until tender

3. Add sliced cabbage and season with salt, pepper, all purpose seasoning, garlic powder and thyme then stir

4. Add in the peppers and vinegar, and stir again

5. Cook on high heat , making sure to continuously stir for 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender

6. Add more salt and pepper to taste if needed

7. Remove from heat and serve !
